Purpose
This Privacy Policy describes how applications hosted under itsfila.com and operated by Gameplan s.r.o. (the “Controller”) access and process information when connected to the Meta (Facebook) Graph API. The apps are used solely to generate internal marketing and performance reports in n8n. They are not consumer-facing products.
Data We Access (via Graph API)
- Advertising account performance metrics (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, purchases, ROAS).
- Campaign, ad set and ad metadata (names, IDs, statuses, targeting summaries, creative fields such as headline/text/asset IDs).
- Page or app-level insights strictly where the Controller has authorized access.
We do not access, store, or process personal data of end users from Facebook profiles beyond what is required to retrieve aggregated ad insights. No special categories of data are processed.
Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): internal analytics, fraud prevention and optimization of advertising spend.
- Data is used exclusively to create internal reports and alerts for the Controller’s marketing team.
Storage & Retention
Data is stored within our secure infrastructure used by n8n (self-hosted on DigitalOcean). We retain only datasets necessary for time-series reporting and diagnostics, typically for 180 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for audit purposes. Aggregated historical summaries may be kept without personal identifiers.
Sharing & Transfers
- We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties, except trusted processors necessary to run our infrastructure (hosting, monitoring, backups).
- When using Meta’s APIs, data may transit through or be stored on servers located in the EU or other jurisdictions in accordance with Meta’s terms.
Security Measures
- Access control (least privilege), API tokens stored as secrets, audit logs for deployments.
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where supported.
- Network firewalls and regular dependency updates.
Your Rights (EU/EEA)
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Children
Our apps are not intended for children under 16 and do not knowingly process their personal data.
Data Deletion Instructions
Instructions for requesting deletion are available at /data-deletion. For data sourced from Meta, deletion will follow both our internal retention rules and Meta’s platform policies.
